A: Yes, normally they are ready to ship, but the stock qty is changing everyday as new orders are coming, no matter it's in stock or not, new orders will be ready within 15 workdays.
Q2: Can I customize my own design puller? How much mold fee will your charge? Do I need to pay the mold cost again for repeated orders?
A: Yes, we welcome customized design orders. The mold fee is normally US$200 per design, special design pls contact us for more accurate answers. And you do not need to pay the mold fee again for future orders.
Q3: How do you assure the quality of your zipper puller?
A: Our zipper puller are refined polished with hanging plating, and we do quality checking for each of them.
Q4: What is your lead time?
A: Products from stock only needs 3-7 workdays, new production usually take about 15 workdays.
