installation method:
①First, prepare the nylon zipper and the fabric that needs to be loaded with the zipper;
②Use a 1.5cm wide seam allowance to sew the place where the zipper needs to be installed, and then iron the seam allowance separately. If you do not need to zip the entire seam, then the stitch length used for the seam allowance without the zipper should be finer, and the starting and ending positions should be fixed with reverse stitches;
③ Align the nylon zipper with the front side down and the seam allowance in the center, and use a hand sewing needle to fix it and the seam allowance;
④ Turn the fabric over to the front, attach the single-side presser foot for sewing zipper to the sewing machine, push the presser foot down to the right side of the needle, start from the right side of the opening of the nylon zipper, and press a 0.7 cm seam allowance on the fabric. Wire;
⑤ When the sewing on one side is completed and you are ready to sew the other side, first look at the position of the bottom zipper mouth iron. If you can avoid it, you can directly turn 90 degrees, let the needle cross the top of the zipper and turn to the other side to start sewing. . When turning, the needle should be in the lowest position first, then raise the presser foot, and then lower the presser foot to continue sewing. When sewing to the top of the zipper teeth, do not step on the electric motor, but turn the sewing machine wheel by hand, and let the needle carefully pass over the nylon zipper teeth, so as to avoid needle breakage;
⑥If the iron bag is just in the turning position, then you can only push the presser foot down to the left side of the needle, and start sewing a top line on the left from the opening. Be careful not to forget to reverse the needle at the beginning and end of the crimping line. Finally, remove the basting on the fabric;
