The 18th China Homelife UAE Expo was successfully held at the Dubai World Trade Center from June 11 to 13, 2025, including gifts and crafts, household daily necessities, sports goods, kitchenware, beauty and personal care products, outdoor leisure, and office supplies. As a Shenzhen supplier with more than ten years of experience in the gift and crafts industry, we are honored to participate in this exhibition. This exhibition provides us with a valuable platform, allowing us to establish connections with buyers from various countries, expand our business network, and obtain more cooperation opportunities.
The following is our review and summary of this trip to Dubai:
Ⅰ. Itinerary
On June 8, our six-member team of specialists took a plane from Shenzhen and arrived in Dubai after a long flight. After arriving, our team took a short break and adjusted to the time difference. On June 9 and June 14, we visited the customers in Dubai with whom we are cooperating to consolidate our relationship with them. On June 10, we set out to set up our booth at the Dubai World Trade Center. Our booth number is 6J203. We brought zippers, sliders, lanyards, key chains, metal plates, and other gift crafts and placed samples. From June 11 to June 13, our exhibition officially kicked off. On June 14, we visited another customer who was also in Dubai. After visiting the customer, we spent some time in Dubai and then returned home.
Ⅱ. Booth Arrangement
On June 10, we collected our samples and headed to the Dubai World Trade Center to prepare for the next exhibition. After arriving at the exhibition hall, we quickly got to work and divided the work, including posting posters, placing samples, business cards, and catalogs etc. After several hours of intense work, our booth was finally set up.
Ⅲ. During the exhibition
The three-day exhibition officially kicked off on June 11. Since the opening of our booth, buyers from many regions and countries such as the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia have been welcomed.
At the exhibition, customers from various countries showed great interest in our products, especially zippers, sliders, and Metal Logo Plates. Some customers were attracted by the texture, detailed craftsmanship, and OEM customization capabilities of our products, and immediately discussed with us the details of the customization process, minimum order quantity, and proofing cycle.
Our team always maintains a professional and enthusiastic state, receives every customer who comes, introduces product parameters and customization methods in detail, displays multiple product styles and successful cases, and distributes our product catalog to the customers who come.
Several customers also brought their samples to compare and discuss with our products in detail, and determine the feasibility of cooperation one by one in terms of color, size, craftsmanship, etc. This face-to-face communication is more efficient than online communication, and also makes customers have a stronger sense of trust in our professional ability.
We not only established offline communication channels with customers, but also further expanded online communication methods by adding WhatsApp to each other, to better follow up with customers in the future.
These three days of exhibitions not only brought us a lot of potential customer information, but also further enhanced our understanding of the market needs of different countries, which has important reference value for our future product development.
IV. A moment of relaxation after the exhibition
After the three-day exhibition, our team went out to experience the city of Dubai and checked in at the famous Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Dubai Museum of the Future. Although the time was not long, it was also a small relaxation from the tight exhibition period.
This Dubai exhibition is an important stop for our international market development in 2025. We have gained many new cooperation opportunities and have a deep insight into market dynamics.
